Can we customize manufacturers of lens and contacts based on our inventory?

Yes, VisionPlan Pro allows one platform for all eyewear and contact lens sales. You are free to add any lens manufacturer [e.g. Essilor®, Zeiss®, Hoya®, etc.] available in your practice.

Can we select which product to display?

VisionPlan Pro’s system is modern and highly customizable to each clinic. This allows leadership to create products in minutes and promote high-margin products to display for an optician to sell.

Where can we view all the transactions or sales?

All VisionPlan Pro sales are automatically transferred to a central dashboard (allowing off-site staff to process orders), positioning VisionPlan Pro to quickly scale the platform across thousands of offices.

How is the insurance calculated?

VisionPlan Pro’s approach to insurance benefits application is simple. The optician enters the patient’s insurance type, and a few identification details. Then, VisionPlan Pro retrieves the patient’s benefits and automatically maps them to the appropriate category and calculation sequence.

VisionPlan Pro also provides a “parser” option. Super simple and takes 30 seconds. The optician logs in to the insurance platform, finds the patient benefits, copies the entire webpage and pastes it into VisionPlan Pro. Mapping as mentioned above is done automatically.
